Olga Bay Seaplane Base (IATA: KOY, FAA LID: KOY) is a public use seaplane base located in Olga Bay, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is privately owned by the Alaska Packers Association.

Scheduled passenger service to Kodiak, Alaska, is subsidized by the United States Department of Transportation via the Essential Air Service program.
